Oh, and you forgot to mention that they have no money for contingencies, let alone ordinary working capital if the plant ever get switched on.
They will probably need to have someone feeding coins into the electricity meter all day to keep the power on.
Suppliers may have a few worries that their bills won't get paid on time.
Ditto for fuel suppliers......etc etc etc
