Majority debt funded = laden with debt...... no difference in my language and no doubt in my mind if WKT could have achieved a higher funding package they would have accepted it and for the reasons stated previously..
I agree Dilution is a necessary part of any small company trying to achieve a mine development and in high risk countries with crap ratings like Tanzania, it is the only way. As you have found out... BTW, Why is there now only four possible term sheets instead of six?
