Hi Croc, I don't think many would complain if the bridging loan only had the free attaching options, the issue I see is the 17% interest rate being paid to these investors.

The other major concern is the BMCG deal is conditional, and so are the other deals WKT has announced, I am honestly surprised WKT hasn't provided its investors with the Notice of General meeting to sign off on all of these agreements along with issuing BMCG their free shares.

With the recent pump and marketing by many on here, I wouldn't be surprised if the sales pitch for another retail CR is on the cards.
