I also don't mind fans of Levs posting his successes on this board, and i recall someone mentioning how poor their AI demonstration was and I have to agree (it was underwhelming at the best).

However I would counter the Lev as a smart operator narrative, because he should realise that this stock would be trading at 20-30% above what it's trading at now ....at 10% ownership of the company that translates to his stake being 3-5m above where is currently stands, which by my match is more than the damages he is asking for (less any legal costs he is incurring).

Anyway, still can't figure out his motivation since stepping down from the CLH board, but we are 2-3 years down the track and looks like we probably have a another year or 2 to go on this saga. In the interim, just got to hope that profitability stays where it is (or improves) and the dividends keep on flowing until one of the parties decides it better for all to come to an amicable arrangement.

Agreed. War for control perhaps extreme. But Lev clearly wants seats on the board. Otherwise why continue with all this nonsense.

I mean seriously going after them for defamation...please...it's had one result, Lev, is a smart guy and he knew it would move the share price lower. If he's looking at picking up more shares, its provides a hell of an opportunity to do so at a discount.
