Last Friday, KordaMentha said In a Circular to Creditors, “We expect the DOCA to be executed and in operation by the week commencing 7 Mar 2022.”.

I translate that to mean the DOCA in operation by 14 March i.e. next Monday, at the latest.

MYL said on 23 Feb 2022, “it is anticipated that the DOCA will be formally executed within weeks, at which time the Company will provide a detailed update to ASX on:

• the Avebury nickel project,

• the acquisition terms

• and processes related to the MYL Shareholder Meeting.”

If KordaMentha’s expectation and the MYL’s anticipation turn out to be correct, a detailed update should arrive by Monday morning at the latest.

We’ll see.
