My biggest issue was the delisting threat at 75%. I didn't even know of this rule. There are compulsory take over rules at a certain threshold. ITs all a bit confusing and contradictory and the advice out there incomplete. Can't have over 20% unless you have a takeover, yet AIO has 50% (by scheme of arrangement) which contradicts.

The threat was designed to scare unsure shareholders to take up the offer and that's appaling.
