I think you’re on the money wrt the extension request though maybe they have to reach 75% before it’s granted ???. I’m also sure they are very ready to be rid of share holders, though the 55c per share seems hard nosed rather than desperate. Something around $1.20 would get my attention and the $1.50 that’s was speculated before the announcement would get my signature. At 55c I’m completely uninterested.
