A complaint to ASIC could potentially start a class action.
Was the market properly informed up to date of large profit/Allegro takeover announcement?
A bit strange market was not informed about this profit and then viola the takeover was ready on the same day it was announced?
Of course it appears it was all in sink with mon Kiey in the pockets for the board and perhaps even lenders?
Now is the time for action or be forever quiet.
