7. Rubns role on the reserve bank was a conflict of interest in getting the transaction completed so she could exit the building.

You please. And please add the profits were not disclosed to market until it was all over.

So they are saying Allegro didn't know about this profit until announcement?

I find that highly unlikely. But we didn't. Had we known, the share price would not have been 55cents.
