This deal stinks to high heaven and only a class action will uncover what, when and how this Allegro takeunder deal got the support of the board and major shareholders. Minnow shareholders deserved more from the board, so it will be very interesting what the discovery process uncovers. A class action needs a lead plaintiff and a minimum of 7 shares (approx). to get off the ground. I know of 4 shareholders who are willing to participate.
