Don't forget, there has been previous MOUs signed.
My question is:
1. Is this a price sensitive announcement? Yes? Why Burges and Co. were allowed to buy shares in the company within the 2weeks before it was released? Where is the corp. governance in this matter. He mentioned they were in talks for a while . Isn't this technically insider trading since they know it would affect the SP?
2. Check previous MOUs/Strategic Alliance. What has materialized? How did the Boeing acquisition go with the promised revenue to be generated.
I'm just so disappointed on so many level why no action has been taken by the bigger shareholders in getting change.
