Plough I agree on the investment side and I think we are all guilty of being lulled into silly buys and sells at times. That is part of the game. As for calling management, I would still recommend it as there is more to the company than 1080 level and grade misconciliaton. You can glean a lot from a call with the right questions.

From what I am learning, Denman is/are still in touch regularly and is/are intending to be a long term holder regardless of current issues. That would imply that there is known more about the longevity of the projects and where the company wants to be. As someone said or implied earlier, Denman is/are pretty astute. (I use the is/are because I still don't know if this is an individual purchase through the investment vehicle or a board investment).
