Does anyone have any ideas as to what this company should/could...

Does anyone have any ideas as to what this company should/could do to arrest the downward pressure on its share price? If they are going to raise capital - chances are it won't be at a premium. If it's done at a discount - this will probably put additional downward pressure on the share price as well as possibly creating an over hang at that level. My thinking is that Mgt has to articulate something different than the same old same old that they have been running with through 2013/14. They could find that share holders react well to the delivery of a tuff decision! Just trying to get some positive thoughts going here!
