Management have lost control of this - their decision to raise capital is always predicated on the fact that IG will take up his full allocation (he doesn't seem to care about all his other shareholders!). They simply have to stop blowing all this capital underground. It will not be enough to get the job done properly. They should swallow their pride (at this new all time low in the share price) and put everything on care & maintenance. They really owe it to the shareholders to conserve cash and have a re-think of the whole plan now! JID - I reckon you have nailed it!
