Collaboration? Pu-lease!! Partnership, yeah, sure. They agreed to sell ADR's stuff and take a margin. The ann doesn't explain the "strategic" nature of the "collaboration", but its always good to get a distributor who already sells stuff to your customers.

Signing up a distributor is the only way Aussie MedTech's to sell stuff, unless you want to build a sales force (and no right-headed Medtech would ever do that). Unfortunately, it means sweet FA in the scheme of things.

A strategic collaboration ann whould have addressed the question of why this distributor wants to push ADRs product harder than anything else in their massive catalogue. My guess is there isn't one, other than a bigger margin than anyone else.
