According to the offer document
208,637,705 new shares will be issued.
According to the announcement today
181,547,406 share entitlement acceptances received.
Shortfall
27,090,299.
27,090,299/208,637,705*100 = 12.98%
Could be more though as not everyone will have applied for the shortfall.
