Not sure why people are worried about this. Did you just read the headline and not the announcement/the previous announcements on this matter?
The acquisition is more about gaining access to the companies knowledge and experience of the In Situ Recovery (ISR) process that Alligator wants to use to extract Uranium. Genuinely a very useful acquisition - this is not just some copper diversification project.
