In April 2019, or so, we´ll know details about 232 petition (quotas, tariffs, whatever).. I see there good chance for Vimy...in principle, Kazhaks and Russian will be excluded, AB (NexGen, Denison, ...) miners need 8-9 years to produce, African miners have higher costs to produce, and in the SmithWeekly interview with Dustin Garrow they also said that some US utilities seem to have problems with Energy Fuels and URG, because they launched 232 petition... in a YouTube interview, Mike Young said, that they were targeting american utilities, with this new sales manager...let,s see...
