Anyway it's a good problem to have after all these years of disappointment. I hope everyone enjoys as much of the gains that they can.

Their assets in operation as well as down stream capability’s are something we will not get else where along with a US listing … This is a very good deal….

To those that said the GXY/ORE was no good, same situation over again but livent are much better merge co option than ORE ever was
