Olaroz and Mt Cattlin are already producing, are highly profitable, have advanced expansion plans or are already being expanded (Olaroz stage 2), there is a lithium tenement at Salar de Cauchari (from buying Advantage lithium). The mine life of Mt Cattlin will most likely be extended after the recent drill results. Production from Olaroz is partially contracted with Prime Planet Energy & Solutions (Toyota and Panasonic joint venture). And Toyota Tsusho is also a shareholder in Allkem.

I don't see why Allkem or the merged company would sell any of these assets.
