Livent owns 50% of Nemaska / Whabouchi and Whabouchi has, by one account I saw, an ore reserve of 36.6Mt at 1.3%. So half the reserve and similar grade.

Allkem has done a lot of drilling and Livent has done none

But maybe you are right, they might be of the same size

Great for the combined company, as Whabouchi is listed as one of the ten largest lithium mines
