Ok, thanks for that. I didn't listen to any of the webinars, I've just been too busy. But this is all a bit of a no-brainer for me.

The only problem we have is that there will be no franking credits for any dividends paid once this is listed on the NYSE, so I'm hoping we will get capital appreciation instead of dividends. (In finance (last time I studied the subject), excluding tax treatments, paying out dividends and selling a few shares here and there due to capital appreciation are essentially the same in terms of returning capital to shareholders).

Someone here said Livent has been paying dividends and I checked but this is not the case.
