If it is listed in NewYork are there any capital gains implications now and future?

can I keep my shares held with Australian super or do I need to change to self managed to keep them.

I imagine the shares with commsec will be OK but need to get that international trading thing in place. We will miss out on franked dividends in the future I imagine
