Thought I'd check out the incoming boss of NewCo, Pall Graves. What I've gathered from Linkedin is

• for gawd's sake he's a bloody pom! (hence the lack of the middle initial I suppose)

• for f's sake he's of vampire squid stock being Global Head of Chemicals from 2005 to 2012 at Goldman Sucks

• perhaps the only redeeming feature I see is that he is numerate having been a corporate CFO for over 5 years

• but also he has been running Livent for over 5 years so he should know the ropes by now and is unlikely to be incompetent at his job.
