Those people talking about the Livent merger do realize that all the documents were released in preparation for the merger!? Martin the CEO said that the third party independent report by Kroll Associates Australia could be released by the end of September. It hasn't been released yet, so I don't understand the comments of people on wether this is a fair deal or not. The third party report is not even out yet, but some people already make a judgement. How does this work? Do you have insider information?
