I am being cautious . Individual small investors are always the last to find out that YES there is an oversupply in the mining sector that will materially affect a companies forecasts. Obviously the biggies want to unload first . Had this happen to me many times over many years. I try to keep up with expected new production and there is a huge amount coming on board year on year for a while. Plus have a look at China's increasing supply from its African mines . Add the fact it is unlikely China will be able to remedy its property crisis and debt issues let alone stimulate a very depressed level of consumer spending. Lots of political concern in the US given impact on companies like iphone and tesla and in China EV sales are expected to be materially less for a while. China will definitely recover but that will take time.
