Lucky AKE brought all that cash, because Livent has none (just debt) to pay the lawyers and any settlements.
Make sure you hold Arcadium shares in your own name. Because I am pretty certain that CDIs won't give you the legal right to participate in legal action against the company or receive compensation. Happy to be corrected.
