You cant sell a product of this quality with this number of features in a bricks and mortar store for $199. There is not enough profit margin in it for MGM or the retailer. Impossible. Thats why all those chinese crappy watchers that sell for $199 are only sold online. Take out the retailer margin, then take out the cost of the manufacturer, transportation etc and you would have a negative margin. And you cant get mass market distribution without retailers. Not for tech products.
