I just had a conversation with someone from the company.

They were not able to be specific about when unit sales would be released to the market as information was still work in progress/incomplete but I was told it would be "in the near term" and definitely ahead of Half yearly financials.

I was advised not to read any negative connotation into this announcement or read between the lines about today's ann being separate/in advance to unit sales. Today's data was available to be released and the company felt it was important to convey to the market that December was a strong uptick in subscription revenue and further wanted to highlight to the market that app subscription revenue is becoming a more and more relevant part of overall revenue/margin for the the company.

I will work on my rough numbers but they will be very rough as there are a number of variables at play which make the data we have available not very reliable when estimating unit sales for Dec period.
