Looks like big price paid of up to $11m, but for that to be accretive, and to increase the gross booking value by 40% it looks to be a great acquisition.
The market seems to like it as well, with the share price back to the 25c all time high and over 1.1m shares traded today which is the 4th highest volume day since listing.
