You'd have to think that COVID has had at least a little negative impact on the financial data provided for the last 3 years for these Noosa properties, so this looks like a good acquisition. The SP has picked up 25% for now, so let's hope the general market agrees ALO is kicking goals. We just need a set of of early financial data to confirm this.
