NOTICE PURSUANT TO LISTING RULE 7.12.1

ORDINARY SHARES

For the purposes of NZSX Listing Rule 7.12.1, Abano Healthcare Group Limited
(the "Company") advises the following in respect of the issue of new ordinary
shares:

Listing Rule 7.12.1

(a) Class of Security and ISIN: Fully paid ordinary shares.
ISIN: NZNPEE0001S8

(b) Number issued: 214,647 ordinary shares

(c) Nominal value/issue prices: $1,403,730.07 ($6.54 per share)

(d) Payment: Cash

(e) Amount paid up: Fully paid

(f) Percentage of total class issued:  1.045% (of old shares on issue)

   1.034% (including new shares on issue)

(g) Reason for issue: Dividend Reinvestment Plan dated 22 September 2009.

(h) Specific authority for the issue: Board resolution dated 28 July 2014 and
directors' resolutions and certificates of the Company.

(i) Terms or details of the issue:  The new shares will rank equally with
existing fully paid ordinary shares.
