ORDINARY SHARES
For the purposes of NZSX Listing Rule 7.12.1, Abano Healthcare Group Limited
(the "Company") advises the following in respect of the issue of new ordinary
shares:

Listing Rule 7.12.1

(a) Class of Security and ISIN: Fully paid ordinary shares. ISIN:
NZNPEE0001S8

(b) Number issued: 123,426 ordinary shares

(c) Nominal value/issue prices: $972,606.74 ($7.88 per share)

(d) Payment: Cash

(e) Amount paid up: Fully paid

(f) Percentage of total class issued: 0.595% (of old shares on issue); 0.591%
(including new shares on issue)

(g) Reason for issue: Dividend Reinvestment Plan dated 22 September 2009.

(h) Specific authority for the issue: Board resolution dated 22 December 2014
and directors' resolutions and certificates of the Company.

(i) Terms or details of the issue: The new shares will rank equally with
existing fully paid ordinary shares.
