Please find attached a Share Purchase Plan issue announcement for the
Company.

The Company reports that it has raised $153.3 million under the 2015 Share
Purchase Plan.

Shares will be issued under the Plan on 25 November 2015 and as they will not
be eligible to participate in the next interim dividend are expected to trade
under ASX code AFIN and NZX code AFIND with trading under those codes
expected to commence on 25 November 2015.

These shares will trade under the normal ASX and NZX code AFI after existing
ordinary shares trade ex the entitlement to the interim dividend in February
2016.
