Air New Zealand Limited announces that it has issued 146,013 shares pursuant
to the Air New Zealand Long Term Incentive Plan and 1,418,182 shares pursuant
to the Air New Zealand CEO Option Incentive Plan. The Shares issued pursuant
to the Air New Zealand CEO Option Incentive Plan have been issued from
Treasury Stock.
In connection with the issues, Air New Zealand advises the following details:

(b) Issue Price: (i) 57,395 shares @ NZ$2.200
(ii) 88,618 shares @ NZ$2.200

Term Incentive Plan and therefore no cash payment required
