Air New Zealand Limited announces that it has issued 102,197 shares pursuant
to the FY10 Air New Zealand Long Term Incentive Plan and 1,533,466 shares
pursuant to the Air New Zealand FY09 Long Term Incentive Plan. The Shares
issued pursuant to the FY09 Air New Zealand Long Term Incentive Plan have
been issued from Treasury Stock.
In connection with the issues, Air New Zealand advises the following details:
