Allied Farmers completes capital raising with share placement
On 28 April 2015 Allied Farmers (Allied Farmers, NZX: ALF) announced that it
was seeking to raise capital in an initial private placement (Initial
Placement), a partially underwritten Share Purchase Plan (SPP), and
subsequent to and depending on the success of the SPP, an additional private
placement.
The Initial Placement and SPP have been completed, and today a subsequent
private placement of 4,000,000 shares at 5 cents per share has also been
completed (being the same price as the initial placement and SPP). A Notice
of Allotment is attached.
This placement, together with the placement of 500,000 shares on 29 June 2015
to Speirs Group Limited in partial satisfaction of an outstanding obligation,
completes ALF's current round of capital raising.
