ALLOT: ALF: Issue of Shares in Satisfaction of Unpaid Directors Fees

Please find attached Notice of Allotment of Shares in relation to the issue
of new ordinary shares to current and former directors of Allied Farmers
Limited (ALF) in satisfaction of accrued and unpaid directors fees, as
authorised at the ALF Annual Meeting on 24 November 2015.
