BLIS Technologies raises $1.314 million
BLIS Technologies Limited advises that pursuant to its Share Purchase Plan
and Placement it has raised $1,314,000 issuing 187,714,267 fully paid
ordinary shares at $0.007.
Some 166 shareholders participated in the Share Purchase Plan subscribing
$709,000 for the purchase of 101,285,696 ordinary shares, inclusive of
subscriptions from Directors and Officers and their related entities of
$68,000.
Placement participants subscribed $605,000 for the purchase of 86,428,571
ordinary shares, inclusive of $150,000 from Sinclair Long Term Holdings
Limited, a company associated with BLIS director Alan Mackenzie.
The new shares allotted today rank equally with the existing ordinary fully
paid shares on issue.
