Allotment of Shares
Further to the announcement of 24 December Chatham Rock Phosphate Limited
(NZX: CRP) advises that it has today allotted approximately $38,000 of shares
at $0.35 per share and issued further CRPOB options.
This placements of shares and options have been undertaken in connection with
the second tranche of investment made by qualified investors and advised to
the market on 9 September 2013. Under the terms of that capital raising
investors committed to subscribe for a second tranche of shares at $0.35 per
share following the grant of the mining permit. Investors also receive 1
option for every 2 shares subscribed for. This final allotment completes the
second tranche of that capital raising.
In addition two contractors of the Company (CRP-OCS Consulting Limited and
Robin Falconer Associates Ltd) have each received 47,619 shares under
Contracts for Service at $0.315 per share. These shares represent partial
payment for services. Pursuant to those contracts for service the issue price
of NZ$0.315 per share reflects the 20 day volume weighted average price of a
share on the NZAX market to 31 December 2013.
