Allotment of Shares
Chatham Rock Phosphate Limited (NZX: CRP) advises that it has today
undertaken placements at $0.35 per share and issued further CRPOB options
following the grant of the mining permit.
The placements are in connection with the second tranche of shares subscribed
for by qualified investors as disclosed to the market on 9 September 2013.
Under the terms of that capital raising investors committed to subscribe for
a second tranche of shares at $0.35 per share following the grant of the
mining permit. Investors also receive 1 option for every 2 shares subscribed
for.
This has resulted in CRP raising approximately $125,000. A further $375,000
is committed and likely to be allotted by Christmas.
This is a very pleasing start to the next phase of CRP's capital raising
efforts to secure $6 million - $3 million of which is expected to fund the
costs of the marine consent process, with the application expected to be
lodged early next year.
