Allotment of Shares
Chatham Rock Phosphate Limited (CRP) has completed share allotments today for
three purposes.
Firstly CRP has raised $290,000 in new capital from qualified investors at an
issue price of $0.25 per share. In addition CRP has issued to the investors
540,000 options. These options have an exercise price of $0.30 to receive one
share and must be exercised on or before 31 March 2015.
CRP has also today issued 105,608 fully paid ordinary shares at an issue
price of $0.288 per share to two contractors of the Company (CRP-OCS
Consulting Limited and Robin Falconer Associates Limited) in accordance with
their contracts for services. These shares represent partial payment for
services. Pursuant to those contracts for service the issue price of NZ$0.288
per share reflects the 20 day volume weighted average price of a share on the
NZAX market to 31 March 2014.
Finally CRP has issued 100,000 shares today at an issue price of $0.2958 per
share. These shares are issued to an advisor to CRP in connection as partial
payment for services being provided on the upcoming capital raising and AIM
listing in the United Kingdom.
