Chatham Rock Phosphate Limited (NZX: CRP) advises that it has issued a
further 1,878,835 ordinary shares (Shares) to qualified investors at an issue
price of $0.006 per Share, raising $11,273 in new capital.
Additionally, CRP advises that it has issued 7,905,024 ordinary shares in
aggregate to three contractors of CRP (CRP-OCS Consulting Limited, Linda Jane
Sanders, and Kenex Knowledge Systems Limited) in accordance with their
respective contracts for services at an average issue price of $0.0095
(Payment Shares).
