Chatham Rock Phosphate Limited:  Allotment of Shares

Chatham Rock Phosphate Limited (NZX: CRP) is pleased to advise that it has
issued a further 17,951,168 ordinary shares (Shares) to qualified investors
at an issue price of $0.006 per Share, raising $107,707.02 in new capital.

With this allotment CRP continues to steadily progress its fundraising
programme as the company seeks to rebuild and to follow its diversification
and overseas listing strategy.
