Chatham Rock Phosphate Limited: Allotment of Shares
As detailed in the announcement released on 10 February 2015, Chatham Rock
Phosphate Limited (NZX: CRP) that day entered into convertible loan
agreements with qualified investors to raise a total of $250,000 in
convertible loans (the Loans).
The terms of the Loans provided that the Loans would convert into ordinary
shares of CRP quoted on the NZAX Market (Shares) at a 15% discount to the
volume weighted average price of the Shares, as calculated over the 20
business day period ending at close of trading on 11 March 2015 (Conversion
Price).
CRP has accordingly issued 19,230,768 Shares on conversion of the Loans at
the Conversion Price of $0.013 per Share, in accordance with the terms of the
Loans.
