Chatham Rock Phosphate Limited: Allotment of Shares

Chatham Rock Phosphate Limited (NZX: CRP) is pleased to advise that it has
raised new capital of approximately $54,000, through the issue of ordinary
shares (Shares) that comprised part of the Shortfall under its Rights Offer
dated 14 April 2015.

The Shares have been allotted at the same price as under the Rights Offer,
being $0.006 per Share.
