Chatham Rock Phosphate Limited: Allotment of Shares and Options
Chatham Rock Phosphate Limited's (NZX: CRP) renounceable rights offer (Offer)
closed on 29 September 2014.
CRP has issued 4,269,842 ordinary shares (Shares) and 4,269,842 listed CRPOB
options (Options) to existing shareholders at an issue price of $0.12 per
Share (with one Option granted per Share subscribed for) in accordance with
the terms of the Offer.
The Board thanks shareholders for their support. The Offer raised
approximately $512,000. The Board is pleased with this strong level of
support, given that a number of CRP's largest shareholders did not
participate in the Offer, following significant investments in CRP's April
2014 rights offer and more recent participation in placement rounds to the
value of $2.5 million. CRP is in discussions with a number of qualified
investors with a view to placing shortfall from this Offer.
