For the purposes of Listing Rule 7.12.9 of the NZX Main Board/Debt Market
Listing Rules, Diligent Corporation (DIL) advises that the following
securities have converted today:

a Number and class of securities converted
500,000 unlisted options granted under DIL's 2007 Incentive Plan on 20 August
2009 (2007 Options) converted into Ordinary Shares.
2,708 unlisted options granted under DIL's 2013 Incentive Plan on 23 June
2014 (2013 Options) converted into Ordinary Shares.
