ALLOT: FBI100: Fletcher Building Industries Ltd March 2017 Capital Notes

Auckland, 5 February 2016 -

Fletcher Building Industries Limited advises that it has completed the
reallocation of FBI120 Capital Notes held as treasury stock to FBI100 Capital
Notes. The terms of the Capital Notes were amended to match the FBI100
terms.

The reallocations have been made so that the Capital Notes form a more
consistent series of notes over a 5 year period.  The details of the
reallocations are:
