NOTIFICATION OF ISSUE OF SECURITIES
Auckland, New Zealand, 10 October 2012 - Fisher & Paykel Healthcare
Corporation Limited (NZSX:FPH, ASX:FPH) advises that 8,550 ordinary shares
in the company were issued on 10 October 2012 to North American employees
accepting an offer to participate in the Fisher & Paykel Healthcare
Corporation Limited Employee Stock Purchase Plan (the plan), following
approval by the Board on 27 April 2012. The issue price of the shares is
NZ$1.683 per share and will be paid in cash.
The Company has a total of 538,087,084 ordinary shares on issue. This issue
of shares takes that total to 538,095,634. 8,550 ordinary shares represent
approximately 0.00159% of the shares presently on issue.
The shares were issued on the terms of the plan as set out in the Plan rules
dated 27 April 2012.
